Project Description: The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) maintains an array of Vemco receivers in Long Island Sound and lower Connecticut River as part of Section 6 project "Movements and habitat use of near-shore environments in Connecticut waters by Atlantic Sturgeon." Tranmitters were implanted in Atlantic Sturgeon as part of this project.
